FULL SEASON (1st Sept - 30th April) with dressing facilities (max 16 matches)

ONE-OFF BOOKINGS

Mini Soccer (Pitch 1a or 1b)

Full season with dressing facilities (maximum 16 matches): £160.00
One off bookings: £12.60

NB Council to mark out pitches twice per month

Badminton (courts per hour; small & large sports hall)

Juniors (off peak only): £3.10

Commercial use of sports halls

Small sports hall: £8.25

Large sports hall: £33.00 (whole) / £16.50 (half) / £8.25 (quarter)

Notes

  • All activities to be completed before midnight
  • Youth Club: 80% of standard charge for facilities booked.
  • NB Off peak times are only applicable up to 7.00pm each day.
  • The booking secretary reserves the right to allocate bookings in both sports halls to maximise the best use of facilities.
  • Juniors are under 16 years and must have adult supervision (Over 18 years) if using indoor facilities.
  • Booked time includes setting up and clearing apparatus.
  • Club bookings must be negotiated with the Parish Council annually.
  • All Commercial and Special events must be approved by the Parish Council.
  • All users must comply with the Leisure Centre rules.
  • The Parish Council reserves the right to refuse bookings without explanation.
 
Keyholder system  

All users are entitled to become Registered Keyholders. This system provides the user with a set of keys which will make the facilities for their particular sport available at the Leisure Centre.

Registered Keyholders undertake to observe the rules which apply in the Leisure Centre and they pay a small deposit for keys supplied.

One of the rules applicable requires keyholders to book ahead the facilities they wish to use. This booking can be made by telephone or email.

Invoices are sent to registered Keyholders on a monthly basis covering the total cost of the facilities used that month.

Applications for Registered Keyholders status should be made to the Booking Secretary at the Leisure Centre on 01623 491522.

The Parish council reserves the right to withold or withdraw any Registered Keyholder status without explanation.

 
How to book  

Direct booking of facilities can be made in person or by telephone on 01623 491522 at the following times:

Monday to Friday: 9am - 11:30am & 4:30pm - 7pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 11:30am

Messages left on the answerphone at other times will be actioned within 24 hours.
(Except Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday)
