In 2006 The Parish Council produced the Ravenshead Village Plan, which was based on a household survey carried out in December 2004 with the support of the Nottinghamshire Rural Community Council, the Countryside Agency, the Coalfield Regeneration Trust, Rotary, the District and County Council and many individual volunteer helpers.
